• Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days after receiving your confirmation.
• Shipping of Supershifa products is available in PAN India.
• We deliver our products through a reputed delivery platform partner. The average time taken to deliver a placed order is 3-5 business days.
• Shipping costs are based on the delivery method and volume of the order. 
• Prepaid Orders shipping charges will be free.
• COD Charges Rs.50/- on all orders irrespective of bill value will be charged.
• Please note: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or bulk orders.
• The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
• Items once processed cannot be returned or refunded unless there is serious damage to the product based on authentic evidence presented. However, in case you are unhappy with our product and would like to raise a complaint, please reach out to us via email or phone.
